About Me

We all hold tension in our bodies. Whether it be from physical activity and exertion, habitual movements and posture, or from the long-held or current stresses of life and work. This tension can be held in many parts of the body and manifest itself in different and surprising ways.

My objective is to find and remove this tension to promote greater physical and emotional wellbeing.

I am a fully accredited and insured practitioner of Raynor Naturopathic Massage - A versatile, holistic, deep tissue and therapeutic massage technique that finds and removes tension from all parts of the body. I work from my home in Lower Sydenham, Lewisham, South East London.

I am also accredited in Japanese Acupressure Chair Massage Techniques, which I provide mobile to organisations and events to promote greater wellbeing, relaxation and stress relief.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown in the UK I have also devised self-massage workshops, based on the Raynor and Acupressure techniques I am trained in. I provide these via the Zoom

Before training as a massage therapist I worked as a researcher in the field of mental health. I understand and have a passion for the inseparable link between the mind and body. I believe strongly in the feedback loop between physical and emotional wellbeing.

Just as adversity, stress and trauma affect us physical, physical pain and injury affect us emotionally. The focus of my massage work is therefore to create a positive feedback loop between a client's state of mind and body.
